COVID-19

As we continue our operations, the health and safety of our staff, customers will continue to guide all our decisions. For the forseeable future, we will continue with all the measures currently in place - such as requiring masks, enhanced cleaning routines, keeping social distance.

Yes, we’re still open 24/7 to accept orders. Please see the current list of international exclusions over on our delivery page here.

We’re trying to keep on top of order send outs as much as possible following the necessary safety measures and guidelines. With the ongoing health crisis, some customers are experiencing or will experience delays in shipping times.We are closely monitoring the situation and will keep you informed.

We’re taking the COVID outbreak incredibly seriously and want to ensure the wellbeing and safety of staff at all times when making any decisions. Since the government advised it was safest to do so, we have been working from home (with the exception of those who have ‘business critical roles’). We have put in place a strict social distancing policy for any members of staff who may have to come in closer contact during the outbreak.

Our studio staff are following a series of strict guidelines including social distancing, hand washing and many more which may result in some delays in order send outs.

We ship internationally. All the products are shipped from Istanbul, Turkey.

We primarily use DHL for all our international shipping.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase except special order items and Vintage & Antique pillow inserts.

Yes, you can. Your orders are fully traceable through the carrier website. Once your order is shipped, we will email your tracking number.

International Standard Delivery

The usual delivery times can vary depending on the destination, from 2-3 days for neighboring countries and up to 20 days for countries with long distances. Based on our experiences with DHL, it takes 3-6 business days for most major destinations.

*While we do our best to meet these time frames, during busy periods there may be some changes and deliveries may take longer. There may also be situations, (including but not exclusive to poor weather conditions, custom delays, local postal delays and tech updates) which result in a longer delivery. For changes and updates please make sure to check your tracking and our delivery page here.

Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to an international PO Box address.

Custom and Import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Custom and Import policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order.

Please note that we try our best to be as accurate as possible, however, the actual measurements may differ slightly from the size mentioned in the product page. If you require more precise measurements of our items, please contact us before purchase. 

Payment

We accept payment from credit cards - American Express, VISA, Mastercard, as well as payments made by PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

Listed currencies you can use are: Great British Pound, Euro, United States Dollar, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Singapore Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, Hong Kong Dollar, Japanese Yen.

All the information you need to fill the form in can be found in your order confirmation email - be sure to fill this in correctly to avoid any issues with processing your return. Please make sure to always obtain proof of postage and keep this safe until you’ve received confirmation of your return, in case we need to see it later on. 

Yes, you can.

If your item(s) were damaged in transit, or was improperly described by TEXTILE CULTURES, we will gladly help you make a return/exchange within 30 days of delivery receipt. Return shipping will be courtesy of TEXTILE CULTURES.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, TEXTILE CULTURES will be happy to accept your return or make an exchange. In this event return shipping is paid by the customer.

In the event of your requested item(s) being out of stock, we will be unable to process an exchange and you will be notified and refunded.

No, unfortunately once an item has been personalised this makes it non-returnable. 

As a business we're constantly changing our prices due to sales demand and other various reasons. This does unfortunately mean that if the price has changed since you've ordered, we are unable to refund the price difference.

Products & Stock

Yes, they are. All our items are hand-crafted by artisans. Each item is unique and no two items are exactly alike.

Many of our products are dyed using natural material. If a product is natural dyed, we will always specify this within the product information.

The blur white lines are found between each pattern of all the fabric. The length of the design varies depending on the pattern. For example, if a pattern repeat is 90cm (0.98 yards), the blur white line are found every 90 cm (0.98 yards). If you would like to know the repeat length of a specific pattern, please contact us.

Yes, you can. In the product page, our fabric is available by the meter. However, the length of the pattern (design) vary, most of them being between 90cm (0.98 yards) to 110cm (1.2 yards). If you would like us to cut the fabric by the pattern, please contact us before the purchase. If one pattern is less than 1 meter, we will send you a discount code to use at the check out.
