Shipping and Returns Policy
All inventory is shipped from Turkey. TEXTILE CULTURES offers free standard delivery on orders above $500 USD. Free shipping does not apply to trade account holders. Please note that free shipping does not apply to oversized or framed items. For these items, please contact us prior to purchase for a detailed shipping quote. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATE
Items typically ship within 5-7 business days for all international orders except for special order items. Kindly note the delivery times are provided as guidelines only.

TRACKING PACKAGES
Your orders are fully traceable through the carrier website. Once your order is shipped, we will email your tracking number.
DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of Turkey may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; TEXTILE CULTURES has no control over these charges, nor can TEXTILE CULTURES predict these charges or fees. In the event of a return, these duties, fees and/or taxes will not be refunded by TEXTILE CULTURES.
Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. Where customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
TEXTILE CULTURES will not be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by customs, duties, natural disasters, national holidays, the shipping company or strikes from workers of carriers or airlines.
OTHER SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
We are unable to deliver to post office boxes, as all packages require a signature.
All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you, the buyer. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself to accept delivery, you also accept the signature of the third party as sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by TEXTILE CULTURES.
STANDARD POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us here or at hello@textilecultures.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item(s) was/were damaged in transit, or significantly misrepresented by us, we may request photo(s) of the original packaging and item(s) for evaluation. Approved cases may qualify for a return, exchange, or refund at our discretion. For approved cases only, return shipping may be covered by us.
Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange request.
In the event of a return, all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable.
In the event of an exchange, both the return shipping and the shipping cost for the replacement item are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that product photography is intended to provide a general representation of each item and may not perfectly reflect the actual color. Due to variations in screen settings, monitor calibration, lighting conditions, photography, and image editing, colors and tones may appear differently in person.
As many of our pieces are vintage, handmade, antique, or naturally dyed, slight variations in tone, texture, and color are to be expected and are not considered defects or misrepresentation.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
